Coach Ashley is going to walk you through some excellent movements that are going to tone your legs with an emphasis on the inner thigh.

All three movements are variations of the bridge. The bridge is an exercise that hits the core stabilizers and hamstring muscles. Adding the basketball for a squeeze makes this exercise more challenging and also adds a specific target the adductor muscles of the legs (inner thighs).
