Ghee, Cowdung cakes and camphor, cleansing of fire element.

Please Note: Although I myself am a follower of Isha Yoga Center, This kriya is noway in connect with Isha. Only the Consecrated Vibhuthi I used because I believe my masters presence should be in everything that I do and teach.

I only teach what I follow and learnt the right way. So this particular kriya I have been doing with simple editions from about 14 years and improvised it and added my own sadhana power to this by close iterations amd observations.

While there are other practices in my opinion it is wrong to mix what different masters teach. When you see similarities it is only the presence of master to give you an indication of where your chords are matching with mine.

If this conflicts your belief I suggest you not to do this. While I believe sharing my own sadhana here has benefitted many people to uplift their own space.

According to our Srushti we are all made up of the basic 5 elements, and cleansing this inturn will reflect upon our digestion system, respiration, excretion, mind nervous system etc.

For good night sleep remedies.

1. Start off your day early i.e by 6.30, listen to flute music early morning. 
2. Eat sattvik food if possible avoid even garlic and onion for a few days. 
3. Do mild yoga I suggest do only Suryanamaskar for 2-4 counts daily.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water. I Can share trackers for these habits if you need.
5. Evening read any story books if possible. Moral stories and prepare bed by around 6.30pm


Preparation of bed to sleep
1. Keep ghee lamp in bed room.
2. Sweep and mop bedroom daily.
3. Ensure that there is nothing in the room belw your cot
4. Sleep on floor if possible. 
5. Keep leg in cold/hot salt water and sit for 30 minutes daily.
6. Keep a bowl of water and place few flowers in it. And add 2 drops of lavender oil.
7. Place gods photo preferably child krishna and Yashoda or Krishna and radhe and worship daily. 
8. Hear soothing music post 7.30. 
9. Avoid phone usage totally after 7.30pm
