Ingredients: #Crispy radish buns
All-purpose flour 500 grams 0:30,
Salt 3 grams 0:36,
Water 280 grams 0:43,
Oil 20 grams 0:47,
Green radish(or white radish) 900 grams 2:18,
Salt(to push the water out) 5 grams 2:39,
Green onion pieces 60 grams 2:54,
Ginger pieces 30 grams 3:01,
Ham 200 grams 3:13,
Oil 4 spoons 4:08,
Chicken powder 1/3 spoon 4:24,
Salt half spoon(add any amount we like) 4:26,
Black pepper powder(or white pepper powder) half spoon 4:31,
Sesame oil(about 1 spoon) 4:42,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat 220 degrees and bottom heat 220 degrees. Bake it for about 25 mins in middle of oven.
