Today we're comparing watercolor paper. Both are 100% cotton, both are from Baohong, but one is student grade and the other is professional grade.

We'll be testing both these papers out and, before we're done, we'll paint the same painting using both papers.
Which one will stand out? Does expensive really mean best?
Will they be that different?
