To open our new LEAF Surgery season, LEAF Chairman, Philip Wynn FRAgS, will join us, and we will be providing an update on LEAF’s current activities and exciting plans for the future, as well as reviewing current affairs in the world of food and farming.

Philip Wynn - With a career now spanning nearly 50 years in farm and business management Philip has managed and advised businesses in nearly every sector of agriculture. He has been a Director of Sir James Dyson's farming business since it was formed in 2013 and in 2021 he was appointed Interim Managing Director. He is also a Director of Fold Hill Foods and Chairman of Humber Grain and Aubourn Farming Ltd. He is the financial and strategic advisor to a number of large scale vegetable, potato and arable businesses in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire & Shropshire as well as being a Trustee / Non-Executive Director for seven Family Estates. Philip has had a long connection with LEAF having been Manager of the Nevile Estate in Lincolnshire, one of LEAF’s first Demonstration Farms. He was appointed Chairman of LEAF in 2017 and is currently acting CEO. He was Master of the Worshipful Company of Farmers in 2016/17 and currently the Deputy Master; he is also a Trustee of the Henry Plumb Foundation.
