His max run time was 58 seconds. I printed the PLA shaft model and found that aluminum tig welding rod worked much better than the PLA shafts. I cut the 0.125" thick filler rod to the correct lengths and then sand the ends to a smooth hemisphere at each end. I soaked the 608 bearing in isopropyl alcohol before oiling as the factory grease typically has very poor performance with cheap bearings. Oil was also applied to all the shafts. I used a razor to remove and signs of "elephant feet" on the 3d printed models.
