A simple and delicious recipe from grandma. Homemade food from the oven. Meat, potatoes and cheese.

Ingredients:
3 slices of bread.
Soak in milk.
600 g (1.3 lb) minced meat.
1 onion.
1 egg.
1 clove of garlic.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Black pepper.
Parsley.
Form meatballs.
Grate 4 potatoes.
Rinsing.
Grate 4 cucumbers.
100 g (0.2 lb) cheese.
Mayonnaise.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 45 minutes.
Salad mix.
1 cucumber.
1/2 onion.
5 cherry tomatoes.
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon salad seasoning.
Olive oil.
