Hi guys!
So, I'm setting a new goal for myself (physically) which I believe will also help me mentally and spiritually. I have decided to give it my all over the next 90 days and transform myself into a more muscular physique.
Here are the foods I plan on eating:
PROTEINS:
Chicken, Fish, Steak, Black Beans, Eggs, Nuts
CARBS:
Potato, Sweet Potato, Squash, Rice, Lentils, Couscous, Oatmeal, Tortillas
VEGGIES:
Broccoli, Asparagus, Deep Green Lettuce, Carrots, Califlower, Green Beans, Spinach, Peppers, Mushrooms, Tomato, Peas, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Zucchini, Cucumber, Onion
FRUITS:
Apples, Banana, Strawberry, Blueberry, Peach, Blackberry, Pineapple, Plum, Cantelope, Figs, Dates, Mango, Raspberry
FATS:
Nuts, Avocado, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil
DRINKS:
Water, Coconut Water, Black Coffee, Tea
SEASONINGS:
Hot Sauce, Salsa, Black Pepper, Garlic, Sea Salt, Cumin, Curry
OFF LIMITS:
Processed Foods and Drinks (anything out of a box, bag or can), Junk Food, Fried Food, Sugary Treats
MY WORKOUT ROUTINE:
Warm up and Stretch before and after workouts!**
DAY 1: UPPER BODY
DAY 2: CARDIO
DAY 3: LOWER BODY
DAY 4: CARDIO
DAY 5: UPPER BODY
DAY 6: CARDIO
DAY 7: REST
