I have been in the kitchen cooking since I was 9 years old with my mom our famous Lazy Mans Chicken with Rice as a young adult, I started making my own recipes which includes my famous mustard fried chicken as well as mustard fried pork chops, Po man's peach dumplings, steak meat rice with gravy and spaghetti with turkey sausages as well as my Asian Inspired Bake Chicken with Rice and Gravy Recipe which is 30 years just to name a few

How to Make Mama Young's Crispy Southern Mustard Fried Chicken with Collard Greens, Yams with Cheesy Mac & Cheese
12 pieces or more of any Chicken part
Vegetable Oil Preheat 325-degree Dutch Oven, Skillet or Pan
1 1/2 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
1/2 cup of Parsley
Seasoning Salt or White Salt
1 tablespoon of Black Pepper
2 - 3 cups of Yellow Mustard
1 cup Hot Sauce
Blend together with your hands well
4-5 cups of Flour All Purpose add same seasonings to your flour in a bag and shake
