Jason and I went to check out the "Resort at the Lake of the Ozarks" (formerly the Lodge at Port Arrowhead). I guess with the new name and renovations, they also replaced their elevator. It's my first Otis Gen3. For some reason the shaft sounded like it had a bad water leak, which got more dramatic when the elevator moved.
