After cleaning the roof next door i noticed Janet's patio was well overdue a clean, after i knocked and we had a little chat she told me she moved in 17 years ago and tried to jet wash it herself but the water just pooled up and wouldn't drain away, since that day 17 years ago shes tried to mop, scrub and clean it, even trying over the counter patio cleaning solutions all to no avail! Janet told me:

'YOU CANT ACTUALLY CLEAN THE PATIO!'
