A simple and yummy milkshake with chocolaty flavours and the goodness of coconuts. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE COCONUT MILKSHAKE

Ingredients

12 scoops of chocolate ice cream + to serve
1½ cups coconut milk
½ cup milk
4 tbsps powdered sugar
Honey for rimming
Chocolate sauce as required
Desiccated coconut for rimming
Vanilla ice cream scoops to serve
Dark chocolate chips for garnish

Method

1. Pour the coconut milk in a blender jar. Add milk, powdered sugar and chocolate ice cream and blend to a fine mixture.
2. Put the honey in a shallow bowl. Dip the rim of the glass in the honey and press it on to desiccated coconut.
3. Drizzle the chocolate sauce on the insides of the glass. Pour the milkshake into it.
4. Place chocolate scoop, vanilla scoop and drizzle some chocolate sauce. Garnish with chocolate chips and serve immediately.
