Feryal has been running her small kitchen in the city of Irbid since 1993, cooking dishes passed down from her ancestors to keep Jordanian traditions and dishes alive.

She is one of the business owners who benefitted from legal literacy training funded by the European Union and supported by Schema company to manage her business and finances more efficiently.

Since 2020, along with the EU, we have been training female business owners in Jordan to manage their enterprises, helping them enter new markets and create more jobs.
