The homebuilding sector is quickly emerging as a leader in this rally. The home construction ETF (ticker: ITB) is up over 20% in the last three weeks on big volume. It rallied over 6% yesterday alone.

We always try to identify the "theme" of a bull market as quickly as possible. In the 2020-2021 bull market, that theme was work-from-home. The first half of 2023, it was AI and semiconductors. In the second half of 2023, nuclear stocks have been a standout. And homebuilders are quickly taking the throne.
