Mango Park Police Officer Chambers pulls over a motorist for swerving in between lanes. When he approaches the driver, the officer suspects that he has been drinking. The driver denies the accusation and consents to taking a field sobriety test. The driver passes both the field and breathalyzer tests, but that doesn't stop Officer Chambers from arresting him anyway. Unfortunately, for Officer Chambers when backups arrives, Captain James Porter righteously lets the innocent man free.
