Since the commencement of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the Ukrainian military has transitioned away from its previous reliance on Russian-manufactured military equipment, much of which was outdated. Currently, they have adopted sophisticated Western weaponry systems such as the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and anti-radar missiles. Throughout the past year, Ukraine has transformed into a technologically proficient fighting force, effectively integrating diverse technological capabilities to bolster a cohesive strategy. However, amidst this evolution, the conflict highlights a notable paradox: despite Russia's possession of contemporary technology and advanced weaponry, it appears hesitant to deploy its top-tier weapons against Ukraine. This begs the question: why does Russia refrain from utilizing its superior arsenal in this conflict?
