Join us hiking across the country of Dominica on the Waitukubuli National Trail. A long distance trail in the tropics no one knew if it was possible to still hike the full trail after Hurricane Maria in 2017.

We hiked the full Waitukubuli National Trail in Dominica in 2023. What a wild, epic long-distance trail. In this film, we share our hiking story and hiking tips so you, as a hiking adventurer, can hike this epic jungle trail too as your next long-distance hike.

About us:
HI! We are Jonatan & Suzanne, and we both have been fulltime travelling the world for +15 years as solo adventurers. We explore different ways of nomadic living and create an outdoor natural lifestyle around our curiousity for the world, nature, culture and desire to live healthy and bring purpose to the travels. Suzy travelled for years on sailboats as crew and captain, and now lives in the van, exchanged now and then for a tent or sailboat. Johnny has mostly been hitchhiking and thruhiking in wild corners of the world, and self converted his van to explore that as a travel style. Now we are travelling together through hiking, vanlifing, and sailing. Our first date 2 years ago was a thru-hike :). We are currently travelling through the Western Sahara with our campervan, surfboards and travel dog Wingo. We are excited to make more travel videos with tips, tools and stories about our nomadic lifestyle.
