Mercedes are looking to the future with the Vision EQ Silver Arrow! Paying tribute to their legendary racing cars, this futuristic electric hypercar points towards technology that might arrive in the cars you and I drive. Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Officer, joins me to show us the car and demonstrate some of the ideas it incorporates - including a system for 'ghost racing' via the digital dashboard inside the vertically raising canopy!

Ahead of the full reveal to the guests at the event, we have the opportunity to join a preview and take a first look at the new Silver Arrow for the future. From the Alubeam silver paintwork, to the mix of future with classic that accompanies the design, it's certainly quite breathtaking.

Also presented we can see the W125 Rekordwagen, the car that was responsible for setting a public road record speed of 432.7km/h back in 1938; that stood for a touch under 80 years!
