Join me at @TheTripleFCollection's brand new garage for a drive in the stunning McLaren Speedtail XP3! After taking a look at the amazing new home for the hypercars, let's pull out the 1K carbon hyper-GT for a drive to soak it all in.

Having visited Triple F a few times before; for delivery of the 300SL Gullwing, driving their Huayra BC and GT500, plus taking part in The Event 2 earlier this year, this time we are heading to check out the brand new garage that now houses much of the collection. With a turntable to greet you on arrival and two wings of cars stretching out, it's a fabulous setup to display the collection. We'll take a quick tour including the new arrivals since my last visit; LaFerrari, Huayra Roadster BC and the Speedtail, plus the other cars here.

McLaren launched the Speedtail as a successor to the legendary F1, featuring a 1,050hp hybrid powertrain of a 4.0l TT V8 and electric motor and crucially a 3-seat configuration meaning like the F1, the driver sits dead centre of the action. This particularly Speedtail is XP3 that was used by the factory for numerous electronics testing and has been finished in the most spectacular 1k carbon fibre weave with blue tint.

I previously drove a Speedtail almost exactly 2 years ago in Germany, but safe to say the experience was such a blur I've welcomed another opportunity to discover what it's about and put that feeling into a video. Categorised as a 'Hyper-GT' you very much sense the usability of the car with a smooth ride and effortless power, in some ways similar to that of a Bugatti Chiron. However, there are plenty of unique touches that make it a truly special car.
