I love how easy is to make Calzone. This dough is fully Neapolitan with a 68% hydration which requires virtually no kneading, a few stretches and folds, and only resting time. The fillings are sort of classic with a hint of MZK magic to spice things up! Let's bake our Neapolitan Calzone today!
For full disclosure: you can easily bake the Calzone in a home oven, over a hot stone. It'll take only a few minutes more than the Ooni Karu 16.
