Just like the saying, you can't judge a book by it's cover, the same can be said for people. In the past few weeks, the City of Colorado Springs has been dealing with the issue of "Tent City". The homeless living around the city in tents, mostly on the trails and by the creek.
One City Councilman wants the homeless to be able to camp there, cause he too was once homeless. Here is his story
