Save you a ton of money from using the wrong strategies
Optimize your chance of success when starting from scratch
Build cash fast

Dropshipping was turning into a more complicated (and expensive) process…
Strategies I tried: Hundreds of split testing + lost a bunch of money
Decided to try a “Detox” or clean out my systems & processes
Ended up doing exactly the opposite of what everyone was teaching and built a $200,000 store in the first month

EXAMPLE #1 (Shopify Store)

CUSTOM LANDING PAGES
GemPages, Clickfunnels, Pagefly, etc.

Pros
Funnel can’t easily be copied by competitors
Perception of trust (shows effort was put into the website)

Cons
Takes hours to create just for 1 product
Spent so much time, then launched to find out it wasn't profitable
Tried with several different products
Slow & inefficient way to build cash in my experience
Customer takes a lot longer to make a decision of whether or not to purchase… and some eventually get distracted
Ex: In N Out Burger
“Hard To Sell To” vs. “Easy To Sell To” target audience
Lying or too much info can actually decrease trust

SIMPLE LANDER
Short 2-3 sentence paragraph for descriptions
Limit 3-5 pictures for the product
No pictures in the description
No imported reviews

Pros
Shortens decision making process for customers
Reduces load speed time
Strategy speeds up testing process to find a “Winning Product” faster

Cons
Easier for competitors to copy the funnel
Doesn’t work for all products

EXAMPLE #2 (Marketing & Facebook Ads)

Why this is so expensive for other people...
- Investing more and more money into FB ads every time they want to try several different marketing angles

THE "ONE PRODUCT STORE" STRATEGY (that loses you money)
Build a store around 1 product
Spend hours & hours of time
Go to launch and it just loses money
Keep trying different angles + testing only to lose even more money
Never becomes profitable
I view this strategy as too “Luck Based”
Maybe 5% of you will get it on the 1st try
Not a good way to build cash

Spend as little $$ as possible to find a “Winning Product”
Have a consistent system in place so I can make money quickly
FIRST Split test the #1 priority… The Product

Eventually, after spotting patterns on my winners, I narrowed it down to 5
Ad spying (Ad Spy, Droppoint, Bigspy, on Facebook, etc.)
Amazon
Aliexpress & Alibaba
Youtube (+TikTok & Instagram)
Other eCom stores

What if after cutting out the bad ones, and ended up with the best ones, I needed to expand again?

Talked about my requirements of:
People already buying the product (or a similar one)
Not much competition
Quality satisfies customers (allows you to scale higher)
Reasonable markup
