Finally we visited Brunei Darussalam! We had heard so many different things about the country. Some people love it there while others hate it. We wanted to find out for ourselves!

Brunei is a small country that covers an area of 5765 km2 and has a population of about 450 thousand. The government is an absolute monarchy ruled by the Sultan of Brunei.

In this vlog I went out all alone since Sigga wasn't feeling well. We have traveled a lot recently and it's slowly taking its toll. Sigga got a migraine and was simply exhausted.

I started the day by exploring the water village and then I went into the city. One of the must things to do is to see the beautiful mosques they have in Bandar Seri Begawan and that's one of the things I did. My first impressions of Brunei are very good, especially the people. Everybody I met was super friendly and helpful.

I also tried some local food and unfortunately it wasn't my cup of tea!
