Every year, it seems people are shocked when the real estate market starts moving a little bit coming out of the winter holiday lull. 2024 is no different. What may be even more important this year is being aware of FOMO tactics. It is well documented that 2023 was one of the slowest years on record for GTA Real Estate, so there may be more people looking to capitalize on the seasonal uptick in activity that we have seen until now.
