The Kentucky mom accused of fatally shooting her two kids appeared in court on Monday. Tiffanie Lucas is charged with two counts of murder in connection to the deaths of 6-year-old Maurice Baker Jr. and 9-year-old Jayden Howard in their Bullitt County home on November 8.
