INGREDIENTS _________________
4 C. Fresh corn off the cob
1 14oz. can Sweetened condensed milk
3 extra large eggs
2 tsp Baking Powder
7 Tbs All purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
4 1/2 Tbsp soft unsalted butter
1/4 tsp Salt
TIP: you can use 2 cans of canned corn (drained) or 4 C. thawed frozen corn instead of fresh.
• About 40 minutes if using a 9x13 dish
