The Buckeye Trailblazers visit Ivy Branch on a day trip traveling about 2.5 hours south from Chillicothe through Charleston to the trailhead. We arrive and check things out, gradually moving up from greens, to blues, and then the black trails. Ivy is one of Hatfield McCoy Trail’s more challenging systems. We conquered most of the black trails and visited a railroad tunnel nearby. After a quick stop at the trailhead office, we ventured over into the Hobet Mine area where we found other riders, Jeeps, hill climbs, and amazing views.
This was a great ride and we are planning another later this summer to hit some of the double black trails. If you enjoyed the video please consider giving us a like and a subscribe. We thank you!
