After You remove wallpaper, you have usually a mess on the wall from which you removed the paper. This video will show you what to use after you remove wallpaper whether you are re-applying wallpaper for painting; in both cases where skim coat or plaster was necessary to the store the walls, you will want a good primer; this video demonstrates in my experience the best primer to do that.
