This is the message you will get when trying to install apps on an old iPad / iPhone iPadOS iOS

"This application requires iOS 15.0 or later.
You must update to iOS 15.0 in order to download and use this application."

The solution is:

"Do you want to download the last compatible version?
This version of YouTube: Watch, Listen,
Stream is not compatible with this device."

On this iPad I was able to install YouTube Kids, Netflix, TikTok, and more apps.
