Having access to institutes and universities which provide us with knowledge is a virtue that is not granted to everyone. This blessing is one that must be valued and given its due right. Many times there is emphasis placed on gaining a secular education while Islamic education is abandoned. However, as we learn, it is critical for the Muslims to be well versed in both secular and Islamic knowledge as they both play an important role in this life and the Hereafter.
