Ladies, the temperatures outside are heating up, which means the risk of vaginal yeast infections are high! This is a common issue that many women face or have dealt with at least once in their lifetime. Today, I'm discussing certain things to avoid in order to prevent a yeast infection. I'm also giving you a few tips on things you can do to prevent or manage one.
This is the 25th episode from my weekly series, "Wellness Wednesdays." On Wednesday's, I'll be dropping new content about Midwifery, women's health topics, and mental health.
