Sometimes it takes awhile before your ready for you to realize what someone is trying to teach you. I was today years old when I realized I learned a very valuable lesson from my 9th grade basketball coach Coach Kirby.

In this video I'll share a story about the lesson 9th grade basketball conditioning taught me and how I use it still to this day 25 years later. This lesson I realize now is something that has become LIFE PRINCIPLE!!!
