A ragtag college theater club struggles to work together to put on an inspiring, heart-wrenching, historical musical with a blood-sucking twist. When their erratic, unconventional club member, Jack, is thrown out of his usual role as head writer for the club, he decides to go for the next best thing: the lead role in the musical. When he is replaced by a freshman with real talent, his entire world changes. Through deceit and just a little sabotage, Jack wins back the role, but will there still be a musical for him to perform in?
