Dough weight: 1000 grs
Ingredients:
- (90%) Bread flour: 469 grs
- (10%) Whole wheat flour: 52 grs
- (70%) Water: 365 grs
- (20%) Sourdough Starter: 104 grs
- (2%) Salt: 10 grs
