DISCLAIMER: even though I did give my input to the lyrics, the final arrangement was decided without having me proofread it, which led to that mistake you probably noticed in the lyrics: the second “Sá er einn, sá er einn staðr þar” substituted the original “Þar byggir fólk þat” (“There dwell a people [known as Light Elves]”), resulting in the “Light elves” turning into a place, instead of a people. This change was beyond my reach, unfortunately.

The lyrics come from both Snorri’s and the Poetic Edda.

I know a transcription in runes of such a text doesn’t really have any reason to be, if not as a treat, but yeah…that’s just what it is, bear with me.
