In this video I will summarize the Nio Day 2020 (although it was 2021) presentation. There were some great claims advertised by Nio but it also raised some questions about their self-driving route to market and the feasibility of delivering the solid-state battery by 2022. This looks like a fantastic product but the architecture and specification of the car is really only on par with the current Tesla Model S. I think this car will be a success for Nio but I think they are still a long way behind Tesla.
