For good reason, the values of the SLS AMG Black Series are flying up to now $1m and I'm very lucky to own and drive one. Today on our road trip adventure we have a crossover with my @Shwatch150 channel and a visit to the Drive-Thru at the home of Swatch in Switzerland.

Despite the values, I firmly believe in cars not being garage queens, and to enjoy them as much as possible. So, fresh from the full work to my SLS AMG Black Series at Avantgarde, we're immediately on a Euro tour having had a stop at the Nurburgring to drive Mike's Huayra BC, and now a long journey from Strasbourg, France to Milan, Italy with a stop at a place I've wanted to visit for a while; the Swatch Drive-Thru.

If you've seen the @Shwatch150 channel, or spotted the frequent Swatch watches in the videos here and on @TheShmuseum videos, it would come as no surprise that visiting the Swatch HQ in Biel / Bienne, Switzerland is something I'd want to do. To make the visit even more fun, they actually have a Drive-Thru at the HQ shop, including specific watches that can only be bought there and packaging that's exclusive to the store along the same theme - in fast food bags and burger boxes. On a personal level, I collect Destination Special series watches which are primarily bought from the respective shops around the world and an absolute must is to collect the newly introduced one for Biel.

However, along the way let's talk about the crazy market and in particular values of the SLS Black Series, as to what makes it a 1 million US dollar car in today's market. There are certainly variations from region to region, but with only 350 cars ever made (150 in the USA), it's genuinely limited far beyond that of newer special models and in many ways can never be made again.
