In Hwaseong south of Seoul, South Korea, danger lurked. From 1986 to 1991, someone was stalking the fields of Hwaseong, aiming for women wearing red. Over the years there would be a copycat, and thing would go quiet for a long time. Enter Lee Choon-Jae, and he was far worse than anyone imagined.
