Moto Guzzi Cafe Racer Build Project - custom exhaust

Having removed the exhaust system completely, I'm looking at minor customization. We won't be needing those big old mufflers/silencers so they are for sale on ebay. This episode looks at how best to end up with a nice looking system. I'm using the original down pipes, painted matte black, joined to the original H pipe. From the H pipe back it's all new and with some inexpensive tail pipes. Initially I was looking to wrap the last section, but instead I ended up using some flexible exhaust as a sleeve which helped clamp all the pieces together.

A new cafe racer custom motorcycle project for next year. As always, it's the intial strip down, getting parts off that we will be replacing and putting them up for sale on eBay to help with costs of new parts.

Perhaps the most ambitious yet It will be a very different build. I will try to segment the various aspects into specific elements and at the same time ask for your input.
