Many wouldn't think this at first, but we actually suffered from infertility for entire year. Cara always dreamed about being a mom, and when she didn't get pregnant after a year she broke down thinking we weren't meant to have children. This is our infertility journey and what we ended doing for treatments in order to have kids. Cara was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). Many believe you have to do IVF to have triplets. Cara explains what the problem was and what ultimately blessed us with the beautiful family we have today.
