Chip, Nico, Gigglish, Stomp and Stamp are excited to spend the last day of the school holidays at the fair! Chip and Nico pledge to have fun on the rides together, with Chip’s Potato snuggly – a perfect three! They spend tickets on the log flume, spinning chairs, throwing game and helter-skelter - but when it comes to the rollercoaster, Chip is too small to ride it. Nico is anxious about riding the rollercoaster without his best friend, so Chip lends him Potato for comfort. Chip is sad to be without her pals – the fair isn’t so much fun on her own - but she finds two little lost moles and guides them to the Sunshine Seat meeting place where they’re reunited with their uncle – it’s Mr Diggerty! As a reward for Chip’s good deed, Mr Diggerty gives her his last fairground ticket, and Chip and Nico ride the bumper cars together (with Potato of course!) Chip shares news with Nico - Mr Diggerty said he won’t be at school tomorrow; instead, the Happy Hoppers will have a substitute teacher.
