Ingredients & Process
rolled oats (1 cup)

put in a grinder to make oat flour
oats flour made at home

unsweetened cocoa powder (2 tbsp)

mix

curd/yogurt (1/2 cup)
plant-based milk (1/2 cup)
(oat milk/almond milk/soymilk/cashew milk)
virgin coconut oil (1/2 cup)
honey/jaggery/maple syrup (1/2 cup)
vanilla essence (1 tsp)

grease & line a 6 inch mold with baking paper
heat a big pan with a lid & stand for 10 minutes

baking powder (1 tsp)
baking soda (3/4 tsp)

tap 3 times to remove any air bubbles
cover & bake on low heat for 45–50 minutes
in case using an over bake for 45 minutes on 350F
once cooled, unmold the cake &
keep aside to cool down completely

CHOCOLATE GANACHE
plant-based milk (1 cup)
(oat milk/almond milk/soymilk/cashew milk)
unsweetened cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
vanilla essence (1/2 tsp)

whisk well
stirring continuously to cook until thick
cool the ganache

honey (2 tbsp)

chopped pistachios/any nuts, or chocolate chips (handful)
refrigerate the cake for at least an hour before cutting
