Struggling with OCD or health anxiety can feel overwhelming, but there's hope. Imagine Tom, battling intrusive thoughts daily, or Jess, gripped by health fears. Anxiety binds to these thoughts, intensifying them. Over time, it becomes hard to break free.

To overcome this, we must confront these thoughts and sensations head-on, practicing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). By inviting them in, allowing them to exist without engaging, we rewire our brain's fear response. ERP helps build new associations, weakening the grip of anxiety.

In my journey, I've learned to soften my approach, welcoming uncomfortable sensations without resistance. This technique, though daunting, fosters resilience. Understanding how anxiety intertwines with our experiences is key to breaking free.
