In this video, I am going to share to you on how to make cookies using a pasta maker. Yes, you read it right. It is possible to make cookies with pasta maker. Just need a simple few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS FOR VANILLA COOKIES:
210 g flour
70 g vanilla powdered sugar
1 egg (about 50 g)
60 g melted butter
1 tbsp lemon juice

INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCO-COOKIES:
190 g flour
20 g cocoa powder
70 g powdered sugar
1 egg (about 50g)
60 g melted butter

You still can make this recipe even without pasta maker. After mixing the ingredients, you just need to put the dough in a refrigerator for 30 minutes and roll it out. Use a cookie cutter to form the cookies.
