In this weeks video, TargetSlam Tennis coach Alan demonstrates an advanced tennis serving drill that you can do to develop your first serve in singles.

The drill is called SNIPER SERVES! How it works is you look to fie in some first sevres with pinpoint accuracy. You can either aim your serve down the T, at the body or wide in the service box.

The benefit of mastering this drill is so you can target the returner forehand, backhand or hit it directly at their body. Whichever is weakest.
