1/2 cup sugar (120ml, 100g)
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of coffee water
1 cup of plain flour (240ml, 145g)

Bread dough
----------
1 egg (60g)
2 tablespoons butter (30g)
1/3 cup of sugar (80ml, 70g)
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of coffee water
1/2 cup of milk (120ml, 120g)
2 cups of plain flour (480ml, 290g)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup of raisin
Oven 180 degree (350F) 30 minutes
