Hello Hello Everyone!
Today for you all I have gluten free CHOCOLATE CAKE donuts! On of my favorite donuts are cake donuts because they are so soft and moist but unfortunately we can't have them anymore, until NOW! RECIPE & INGREDIENTS:

1 cup gluten free flour
1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 cup of chocolate chips depending on how sweet you want it
1/4cup of milk for chocolate sauce
1/4 cup powdered sugar for chocolate sauce
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 room temperature eggs
1/2 cup of melted coconut oil or melted half stick of butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Xanthum gum
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp of nutmeg (DONT FORGET THIS!)



STEPS:

Preheat oven to 425
Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl, flour, sugar, salt, baking powdering and baking soda, cocoa powder, xanthum gum, nutmeg
Then add in egg, vanilla extract, milk, and coconut oil/butter
Mix until smooth, if too clumpy add more milk little by little until desired texture.
pour mixture in donut tray, about half way
Bake for 10 -12 minutes and while it is cooking start on sauce.
Melt together chocolate chips, milk, and powdered sugar until a thick chocolate sauce is formed, let cool while donuts are also cooling,
After 10 minutes take out donuts and let cook for 30 minutes, dip in chocolate sauce and top with whatever topping you like,
