Today I am making some yummy, and Sinful Peanut Butter Cookies with Peanut Butter Chips; Soft, Chewy and full of Peanut Butter Flavor! This will be your go to Recipe, get you a glass of milk and youā€™ll be good to go!!!

Dry Ingredients

1 1/2 cups self rising or all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt (if using all purpose flour)
1/2 tsp baking soda

Wet Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
6 tbsp margarine, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
2 extra large or jumbo eggs, room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 (10 oz) bag peanut butter chips

In a medium bowl, add flour, (baking powder and salt) if using, and baking soda; whisk or sift together until well combined and set aside.

In a large bowl with hand mixer, add butter, margarine, white and brown sugar; cream on medium speed until fluffy. Next add in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla; mix until well combined. Slowly add and mix in flour until well incorporated. Add and fold in the peanut butter chips. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour until firm.

Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees

Line a couple 9x13 inch cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil. (makes 12-24 cookies)

Roll and form the cookies into 2 1/2 inch balls using a spoon or ice cream scoop. Put cookies on the pan about 2 inches apart. Bake for 11-14 minutes until edges are lightly brown. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack. Place cookies on a plate or platter and serve.
