Putting in the research is so so important, and when it's done wrong you end up damaging your own reputation more than anything else. I hope that, if nothing else, someone learns from this and remembers to go the extra distance. If there's a content creator you know who always puts in that extra effort to make sure what they're saying is true instead of being clickbaity, reactionary, and controversial, make sure to give them the appreciation they deserve.
