Housing Market - Has The Housing Crash Started?!

This week has seen a lot of chatter about the housing market crash and how it's now started in New York. However, I have a different perspective on this...

Although I've been predicting a housing crash since 2018 to occur in late 2020 / early 2021, I don't believe that's what we're seeing right now in New York City.

What I believe is happening is that people are moving out of the big cities as a result of the: Covid virus, increased crime and violence and poor living conditions which have now outweighed the benefits of the culture and services (of thee big City) which are no longer available to the majority of urbanites.

I still believe we are on track for the housing crash to occur in early 2021
